Medical effects of ozone

  1. It increases the oxygenation of tissues and cells. By raising the elasticity of red blood cells and speeding their passage through the capillaries, it relieves oxygen deficiency in the surrounding tissues.
  2. It strengthens the immune system and raises resistance to infections; it is also active against viruses, bacteria and fungi.
  3. It thins the blood and improves its flow.
  4. By supporting oxygenation and metabolic balance in the tissues, it is used as a supportive measure alongside conventional cancer treatments such as chemotherapy and radiotherapy and may reduce their side effects.
  5. By accelerating intracellular respiration and energy production, it helps the person feel more energetic.
  6. It supports the body's detoxification capacity and is used as a supportive measure in heavy-metal detoxification.
