NAZAN KARAKUŞ processing under the Information Notice, for the purposes of carrying out my examination, preventive medicine, medical diagnosis, treatment, care and follow-up services, improving the medical treatment applied to me, reminding me of upcoming appointment dates in ongoing treatments and informing me personally of innovations in medical treatments and applications; and I CONSENT TO BEING SENT SMS AND E-MAIL AND TO BEING CONTACTED BY MOBILE COMMUNICATION for the purposes of notifying innovations and developments in the medical services offered, reminding upcoming appointment dates for ongoing treatments, and greetings on special days.
